Who moved my cheese?

Who would not like comfort zones? Comfort zones give you the feelings of security and expertise because you know exactly what to do, who to talk to, and how to deal with the particular situations.

Only if we could stop changes.

I learned from the book that change always happens. Change is scary sometimes, yes it is. But if you do not change, you will become extinct one day. Ask yourself something, what would you do if you were not afraid? Would you still do it or do differently? And if you do nothing because you are afraid, you may not get to enjoy the better results. What would be the worst case? As long as you don’t ruin other people’s lives? Why don’t you try new things? If the results are disappointing, you learn and won’t repeat the failures.

We always hope for success and we somehow stick to the old success. Holding on those oldies may not take you to new sunshine. The journey may be tough but at least there is 50-50 chance to win.

When i started working at Minor, i failed terribly. I thought the compliments at Cigna would happen at Minor. But no, it was not like what i thought. And it was so much different that what i thought. Why was it like that? When i looked back, i realized I wasn’t prepared for the change of environment or differences. I started with my confidence that I was very potential and having good attitudes so no one would hurt me. But no. doing the same way would not help. We always need to think differently and take actions in a different way depends on each situation. No situation will be the same. What we need to do is keep learning and changing ourselves to be a better person.
